Blackfield Associates are supporting a global life sciences organisation at their site in the Cambridge area, to recruit for a Technical Product Manager to join the team on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities
As the Technical Product Manager you will be leading the development of innovative animal technology products. This role involves driving product innovation, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Lead the development of technology in hardware, firmware, and software.
- Manage the product lifecycle, from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment with priorities.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, and Commercial teams to drive product success.
- Provide strategic technical input for the product roadmap.
- Act as a technical expert, supporting customers and engaging with engineering teams.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional product developments.
- Background in Software and Hardware development within a global matrix organization.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Broad engineering understanding and systems engineering experience
- Commercial awareness
