Senior Engineering Manager

Role Overview: The Senior Engineering Manager oversees engineering tasks within operations, production, construction, or maintenance. The role involves managing a team, ensuring alignment with company goals, and driving continuous improvement in facilities and equipment maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment, integration, training, and performance of team members.
• Set and monitor annual objectives for direct reports.
• Promote team motivation, development, and productivity.
• Conduct performance appraisals, develop improvement plans, and support career advancement.
• Define technical competencies and implement training plans.
• Ensure maximum reliability of company assets through strategic design, acquisition, and maintenance.
• Provide technical solutions for unexpected issues and advise on outsourced engineering contracts.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and GMP requirements.
• Foster continuous improvement and lean practices within the department.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Electrical & Electronic, or Instrumentation).
• Extensive experience in industrial maintenance.
• Proven leadership in project management.
• Strong time management, multitasking abilities, and a track record of exceeding targets.
• Expertise in industrial safety, environmental regulations, and budget control.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
• Ability to follow company rules and procedures effectively
