Responsibilities
Blackfield Associates is currently supporting a large pharmaceutical Distribution organization in their search for a SAP Warehouse Management Analyst to join their team remotely on a Permanent basis.
The role involves representing SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) expertise in various group technology initiatives and projects, such as S/4HANA implementation. The successful candidate will be responsible for functional design, implementation, and optimization of warehouse software while ensuring seamless operations.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver SAP EWM expertise in group technology projects, including S/4HANA implementation.
- Participate in workshops and support day-to-day business operations.
- Design, implement, maintain, and optimize SAP warehouse systems.
- Translate business requirements into IT solutions and functional designs.
- Develop, test, and document SAP applications, and provide ongoing user support.
- Provide training, guide testing, and ensure optimal system usage.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.
- Contribute to the creation and review of functional and technical design documents.
- Participate in system integration testing and functional acceptance testing.
- Support data migration activities related to SAP EWM.
Required Experience & Skills:
- Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in SAP WM and EWM is essential.
- Knowledge of warehousing processes, with experience in automated warehouses and WCS solutions a plus.
- Prior hands-on experience with S/4HANA is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies, as well as project management.
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a multicultural, multidisciplinary environment and a hybrid work setting.
