Regional Quality Officer


A leading healthcare distribution organisation are currently recruiting for a Regional Quality Officer, to join the business primarily based at their Staffordshire facility on a permanent basis. Travel to other sites across the UK is to be expected.

Reporting to the Site Quality Manager, the core function of the role will be to ensure that Quality is at the forefront of warehousing and transport activities. You will be responsible for carrying out process reviews, risk assessments, qualification of storage areas, internal audits, training on QA and GDP processes, non-conformance reporting. RCAs, CAPA management and data trending.

To be considered for the role candidates must have experience of working within a quality department certified to ISO9001 or ISO13485 standards. Experience within the pharmaceutical and/or Healthcare Industry, along with strong working knowledge of GDP guidelines is essential. Familiarisation of Quality Management Systems and Quality Auditing is also required. A QMS Lead Auditor qualification would be desirable, along with training within GxP.
