QUALITY SYSTEMS ASSOCIATE – REGIONAL QUALITY (12-Month FTC) – HERTFORDSHIRE AREA – Competitive Salary
A global pharmaceutical organisation are currently recruiting for a Quality Systems Associate to join their facility based in the Hertfordshire area on an initial 12 month FTC basis, due to an increase in workload.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Regional Quality Systems, you will be responsible for reviewing and maintaining quality policies and Regional Quality procedures, including, Quality Agreements, Complaints, Change Controls, Training, Deviations, Risk Management, Internal/External Audits and Approved Supplier management activities. Predominantly working to GDP and some GMP, you will support the EMEA affiliates to manage their local Quality Agreements with their own third party contractors. Additionally, you will support the ongoing operation, maintenance and implementation of improvements to the EMEA regional use of Trackwise processes and systems. You will participate in audits and support the maintenance of a list of Parallel Importers / Distributors.
To be considered for the role candidates will preferably have a degree in a scientific discipline, along with demonstrated experience in a Quality Assurance role and an understanding of GDP and GMP guidelines and regulations. Candidates must have strong problem solving and decision-making capabilities with good communication skills and be self-motivating. Experience working with an electronic QMS (i.e. Trackwise) would be desirable.
