Blackfield Associates are partnered with a pharmaceutical organisation based in Hertfordshire in the search for a Quality Manager.

As the Quality Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operational activities of the Quality Assurance function which ensure the quality, safety and efficacy per EU GMP and provide leadership to develop staff and QMS, in line with the corporate vision for the site. Key responsibilities within the position will be to (Not limited to):

* Act as the site QMS Specialist championing improvements through risk management and root cause analysis and provide training across the site as required.

* Responsible for the management of the audit program including internal and external audits. Act as the audit lead when hosting external customer audits and support regulatory audits.

* Support the development of the QA team along with the HoQ in growing individuals with the technical capability, drive and influence to achieve an excellent compliance performance and underpin the business vision.

The candidate for this opportunity will have extensive QMS knowledge including its management and improvement.
