PROJECT GROUP LEADER | LEICESTERSHIRE AREA | Competitive Salary
A leading pharmaceutical organisation are currently recruiting for a Project Group Leader to join their facility based in the Leicestershire area on a permanent basis.
Reporting to the Project Services Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of all customers, you will also recruit, train and monitor the performance of reporting staff (Project Managers and Project Coordinators). The role will involve ensuring customer requirements are met, that all customer contact is carried our professionally by reporting staff, tracking and reporting on both internal and customer metrics/KPIs, as well as supporting Business Development and Quality by presenting at audits, customer meetings and workshops as required. You will also coordinate and/or participate in project review meetings for key customers, deal with customer complaints escalated by reporting staff and contribute to internal projects where requested.
To be considered for the role candidates will need to be Degree educated with proven experience in Project Management within the CMC / Pharmaceutical area, along with experience in the manufacture of Clinical Supplies, Formulation & Process Development and the development of client accounts. Experience in quality systems and personnel management would be advantageous.
