This is a great position for an experienced Procurement Manager to work on one of the largest biopharma investments within Europe on a contract basis.
The main responsibilities are as follows:
* Commercial evaluation and advice on Incoming bids (equipment suppliers);
* Drive internal approval of contract approval;
* Internal alignment with internal stakeholders (e.g.) legal, SME’s and finance;
* Act as escalation point on ongoing pending suppliers;
* Support the technical SME in commercial questions.
* Emphasizing proactive, systematic approach to detect and advert delays to contractual milestones agreed upon.
* Expiditing of equipment.
Suitable candidates should have a minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience within a Procurement Management function, along with exposure to life sciences projects.
Any experience with the procuring of biopharma equipment would be advantageous.
