A biopharmaceutical organisation in Berkshire are looking for Multi Skilled Engineer to join their dynamic team on a permanent basis to work on a 4 on 4 off days only pattern (7am-7pm).
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Equipment Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshooting: Rapidly diagnose and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime.
- Electrical & Mechanical Expertise: Apply your knowledge of electrical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics to maintain and repair critical equipment.
- Calibration & Testing: Perform calibration to ensure precision and compliance with industry standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety regulations, creating a secure working environment.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to projects that improve the performance, reliability, and efficiency of equipment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges and support your colleagues.
Requirements
Experience required:
- A completed apprenticeship or background in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or a related field).
- Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Engineer, with hands-on expertise in maintaining industrial equipment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to quickly learn new technologies.
- Commitment to safety standards and effective time management.
- Relevant certifications in electrical, mechanical, or specialized fields are advantageous.
