A food manufacturing client in West Sussex are looking for a Multi-Skilled Engineer to join them on a permanent basis working a shift pattern of rotating days and nights.
Responsibilities
This role will take responsibility of smooth running production technology by carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on equipment as well as investigating and fault finding on any issues that occur ensuring they are quickly resolved. You will work closely with the CMMS (Computerised Maintenance Management System) to carry out maintenance activities and update SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures) where appropriate.
Requirements
Successful candidates will ideally have experience working in a manufacturing environment and have an electrical bias of Multi Skilled Engineering experience. Candidates should also have a professional qualification in an engineering discipline i.e. Degree, HNC/ HND, City & Guilds or time served apprenticeship and good analytical/ problem solving skills.
