METROLOGY ENGINEER – CONTRACT – IRELAND
A leading healthcare manufacturing organisation, based in Ireland are looking for a Metrology Engineer to join their team on a long term contract basis.
The main responsibility is for generating metrology programs, completing GR&R studies and supporting the metrology requirements of the wider organisation.
The principal accountabilities include:
* Generate CMM (PC Dmis) & Vision system programs
* Generate FAI/OQ/PQ reports for new product introduction
* Maintain and conduct internal calibration on specific equipment against documented work instructions
* Maintain calibration database of measuring equipment
* Adhere to GMP compliance
The ideal candidate will be degree qualified or equivalent in a Science, Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering discipline, with 3-5 years experience in a Quality/Metrology Engineering role within a medical device or moulding environment and fully competent in Quality Management Standards.
