At present, Blackfield Associates are assisting a global pharmaceutical manufacturer in their search for a Danish speaking Lead Automation Engineer to support project delivery functions, based in Zealand, Denmark.
Requirements
In this role, the Lead Automation Engineer will hold a key position to the client, managing various stakeholders throughout project phases to deliver on essential elements of large scale pharma/biotech investment projects/programs.
Tasks:
- Relationship, subcontractor & vendor supervision/management.
- Design/Conversion of control systems: PLC/DCS, CTS/BMS and FMS.
- Problem solving and analysis on automation systems.
- FAT and SAT tests.
- Documentation (drawings, wire diagrams, etc.).
- Facility management (walk-downs, process measures etc.).
- Participation within testing and qualifications of equipment.
Profile:
- Proven background as automation/electronical/mechanical engineer.
- Experience within the pharmaceutical/biotech industries.
- Knowledge of process controls systems (PLC/DCS, specifically Siemens or Emerson).
- Professionally versed in cGMP and GAMP projects.
- Proven experience of IT/OT infrastructure in a process/automation.
- Have concrete experience in FAT and SAT activities.
- Addtional knowledge of SCADA, CTS/BMS, FMS, process components, QA.
- Professional language skills in Danish and English.
