We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated HTA Manager to join our Vaccines team. As the HTA Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to ensure that our Vaccines products receive optimal reimbursement and access in the UK market.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement HTA strategies for Vaccines products to achieve optimal reimbursement and market access in the UK
* Analyze and interpret HTA guidelines, policies, and procedures and develop appropriate strategies to ensure product success
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling value propositions and evidence packages to support the HTA process
* Engage with key stakeholders including HTA bodies, payers, and other decision-makers to ensure our products receive favorable assessments and recommendations
* Develop and deliver presentations and training programs to internal and external stakeholders on HTA-related topics
* Keep up-to-date with HTA-related developments, trends, and best practices to ensure Vaccines portfolio is competitive in the market

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field
* Extensive experience in HTA, market access, or related field in the pharmaceutical industry
* Proven track record of successful HTA submissions and experience working with HTA bodies
* Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Knowledge of the Vaccines market and regulatory environment in the UK
