HR ADVISOR – FLINTSHIRE AREA – Competitive Salary (12-month FTC)

An exciting biopharmaceutical manufacturing organisation are currently recruiting for a HR Advisor to join the organisation based in the Flintshire area initially on a 12-month FTC basis, with the potential to go perm, with flexibility for hybrid working.

Reporting to the Senior UK HR Manager, the core function of the role will be to provide administrative support to the HR functions in the areas of HRIS, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition and onboarding, employment, employee relations, offboarding and training. You will work closely with the HR team, managers and employees in the implementation of HR programmes, policies and practices.

To be considered for the role candidates must be Degree educated, with a CIPD certification (preferably to Level 5), with previous HR administration/ coordinator experience in a regulated manufacturing or corporate environment. Knowledge of HR processes and practices and experience with HR technology such as HRIS is essential and ideally Sage People.
