Job Description:

The client is seeking a Head of Market Access to lead the development and implementation of market access strategies for products in the UK and Nordics. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with key stakeholders, including payers, HTA bodies, and healthcare providers, to ensure that products are accessible to patients who need them.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement market access strategies for products in the UK and Nordics.
* Engage with key stakeholders, including payers, HTA bodies, and healthcare providers, to understand their needs and ensure that products are accessible to patients who need them.
* Provide strategic guidance to cross-functional teams to ensure that market access considerations are integrated into product development plans.
* Work closely with commercial teams to ensure that pricing and reimbursement strategies are aligned with overall market access objectives.
* Monitor and analyse market access trends and developments, and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
* Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including patient advocacy groups, professional organisations, and industry associations.
* Represent the company at relevant conferences and events.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Advanced degree preferred.
* At least 10 years of experience in market access within the pharmaceutical industry.
* Strong understanding of the healthcare systems and reimbursement processes in the UK and Nordics.
* Proven track record of developing and implementing successful market access strategies.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
