GLOBAL SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER – HEOR

What you will do In this global vital role, you will lead all aspects of high-quality project management for key products of the HEOR teams. You will lead above-product initiatives such as improving processes for increased efficiency as well as preparing HEOR training plans. You will ensure best cross-functional partnership and support the HEOR Leadership team in contributing to shape the future of the department. You will also lead a team of project managers and value writers to support you in your endeavor.

Key responsibilities include:

* Drive the development and execution of high quality, integrated, cross-functional timelines/plans for HEOR product deliverables aligned with the HEOR Book of Work (Global Value Dossiers, AMCP Dossiers,…)
* Support the alignment of HEOR deliverables with the overall product plan
* Ensure program/project key milestones are met by partnering with vendors, identifying risks and capacity restrictions, communicating program/project changes to the cross-functional teams.
* Serve as a point of contact for project management related activities for HEOR global deliverables
* Provide project information to HEOR Product Lead / TA Head for incorporation into portfolio-level strategy, plans, deliverables
* Guide each process to ensure that each HEOR deliverable is prepared in compliance with company SOPs Support business critical above-product workstreams anticipating evolution of HTA external environment
* Shape processes to increase team efficiency and productivity
* Plan and prepare HEOR trainings with HEOR subject matter experts
* Prepare reporting tools that document ongoing progress and activity (status slides/dashboards)
* Partner with cross-functional teams and escalate project issues to HEOR leadership, relevant functional leader, or regional lead as appropriate
* Coordinate activities with external business partners where applicable
* Support the HEOR Leadership team in contributing to shape the structure of the future department
* Lead and coach a team of approximately 4 project managers and value writers

You would be joining a global HEOR team, part of the Global Value & Access organization. The global HEOR team has staff located around the world working hand in hand with cross-functional teams and top-10 countries to unlock patient access to medicines.

What we seek in you as an experienced professional, are these qualifications and skills:

* Degree educated in relevant field
* Proven experience in project management within Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical or another Healthcare related field
* Experience in HEOR or HTA
* Experience in change management and process improvement
* Experience in leading team, coaching and resource plans
* Experience in leading cross functional work, work effectively with colleagues and ability to navigate matrix organization
