FRONT OF HOUSE RECEPTIONIST – CENTRAL LONDON – Competitive Salary
A leading developer, operator and asset manager of Science Parks are currently recruiting for a Front of House Receptionist to join their brand new facility based in the Central London area on a permanent basis.
Reporting to the Commercial Asset Manager, the core function of the role will be to ensure an excellent customer experience and service for all users and visitors to the Centre. You will be building strong relationships with tenants through holding regular meetings, as well as onboarding new tenants, issuing security passes and ensuring a safe working environment. Additionally, you would be receiving external visitors and arranging guest systems access, leading on the provision of facilities support to Centre users, supporting the booking of meeting rooms, setting up AV equipment for presentations and video/teleconferencing and managing the Centre’s email account and responding to all general requests.
To be considered for the role candidates must have experience providing high quality customer service, have strong IT and administration skills.
