Responsibilities
Blackfield Associates is currently supporting a large construction service provider in their search for an Electrical Site Supervisor to join their pharmaceutical client’s project based in Oxford on an initial 12-month contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote a positive safety culture and ensure compliance with HSE practices.
- Expertise in Safe Systems of Work (SSOW) and LOTO procedures.
- Review and approve method statements, permits, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and turnover documentation.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor electrical and MEP works, ensuring adherence to project standards and schedules.
- Track and document project progress, addressing deviations and implementing corrective actions.
- Lead system walkdowns, manage punch list closeouts, and witness commissioning activities.
- Collaborate with contractors and project teams, providing updates and addressing concerns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering (preferred).
- previous experience in electrical supervision on a pharmaceutical project.
