In partnership with an industry leader within the Data Center market, Blackfield Associates are seeking to recruit an Electrical QA/QC Supervisor to join a high performance, and dedicated team on a hyperscale Data Center project in Sandviken, Sweden on a permanent basis.
Our client delivers turnkey projects across Europe, specialising in the design, construction, and commissioning of data centers, offering a full range of services from CSA to MEP.
Responsibilities
- Design, organise, lead, and coordinate all tasks related to electrical construction projects.
- Prepare handover inspection and test documentation, along with operation & maintenance manuals.
- Oversee commissioning of electrical systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Review and issue final handover packages to the client.
- Perform quality inspections and manage defect closeouts.
- Collaborate with construction management teams and clients on quality and installation matters.
- Attend quality meetings and contribute to progress reports on quality-related tasks.
Requirements
- Electrical Trade Background and / or qualification in Electrical or Building Services Engineering.
- Proven experience of Electrical Quality Assurance / Quality Control / Installation / Test / Inspection / Commissioning.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage tight deadlines.
- Effective communication and leadership skills.
- Prior experience working on large scale construction projects i.e. Data Center, Pharma, Airports, Oil & Gas etc.
EU Passport / Eligibility to live in Sweden and a good grasp of the English language are essential
