Responsibilities
- Develop and implement EHS policies, procedures, and guidelines specific to the project, in alignment with corporate standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and hazard analyses for project activities, equipment, and facilities, and develop mitigation plans to minimize EHS risks
- Provide EHS leadership and support to project teams, contractors, and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with EHS regulations and standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential EHS hazards, non-compliance issues, and areas for improvement. Take proactive measures to address findings.
Requirements
- Proven experience (5+ years) managing EHS programs in pharmaceutical manufacturing, engineering, or construction projects, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements
- Fluent English speaking
- Long term contract position with full on site presence expected
