EHS Lead

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement safety and environmental programs tailored to the construction project.
2. Conduct site audits, inspections, and ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and local regulations.
3. Provide safety training and promote awareness among on-site personnel.
4. Lead incident investigations, create corrective action plans, and report to authorities.
5. Collaborate with project teams and serve as the EHS contact for regulatory agencies.
6. Manage hazardous materials, waste disposal, and monitor environmental impacts.
7. Develop and maintain emergency response plans.

Required Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• sufficient experience of EHS, preferably in construction and pharmaceutical settings.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA regulations, and safety standards.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CSP, CIH) are a plus.
• Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
