Blackfield are seeking a highly skilled DeltaV Engineer with expertise in Commissioning & Qualification (C&Q) to support our pharmaceutical client on-site in Croatia. This role requires working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful installation, commissioning, and qualification of DeltaV automation systems for a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute DeltaV system commissioning and qualification activities in compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards (GMP).
- Perform IQ/OQ/PQ protocols for automation systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the DeltaV DCS system during the C&Q phase.
- Ensure project timelines and deliverables are met, working closely with the engineering and validation teams.
- Provide documentation support, including C&Q reports, test scripts, and system manuals.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience with DeltaV Distributed Control Systems (DCS).
- Strong expertise in Commissioning & Qualification (C&Q) within a pharmaceutical environment.
- Familiarity with GAMP5 and MHRA/EMA regulatory requirements.
- Ability to work independently on-site for the full contract duration in Croatia.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Location: On-site in Croatia (must be available to work on location for the entire contract duration).
