I am seeking an experienced Cooling System Lead Engineer and Subject Matter Expert (SME) to design and lead projects focused on advanced cooling systems, ranging from cold rooms to large industrial plants.
Responsibilities
- Lead Design: Oversee and execute designs for cooling systems, including black and clean side applications, from concept to completion. 🛠️
- Ammonia Chillers: Design large ammonia chiller systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards. 🧊
- Circuit Development: Design primary and secondary circuits, incorporating free cooling techniques with glycol systems. 🔄
- Technical Leadership: Serve as the SME for cooling systems, providing expertise and guidance across projects. 💡
- Project Management: Lead projects from feasibility to commissioning, ensuring timely and quality delivery. 📅
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate cooling systems into broader plant designs. 🤝
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; advanced degrees or certifications preferred. 🎓
- Experience: Over 5 years in cooling system design, particularly with industrial plants and ammonia chillers. 📈
- Skills: Proficient in mechanical design software; strong understanding of thermodynamics and fluid dynamics. 💻
- Communication: Ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly. 🗣️
