Responsibilities
Role Overviews: We are seeking experienced Construction Supervisors for Electrical, Mechanical & Piping (M&P), and Civil disciplines to join our CAPEX pharmaceutical project. The supervisors will be responsible for overseeing their respective areas of construction, ensuring all activities are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. These roles are critical in ensuring that all works comply with relevant codes, regulations, and project specifications while collaborating across disciplines for seamless project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Electrical Supervisor: Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems, ensuring compliance with design specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations. Review electrical drawings and specifications, supervise electrical contractors, and resolve technical issues.
- Mechanical & Piping (M&P) Supervisor: Manage the installation of mechanical systems, piping, and associated equipment. Supervise contractors to ensure adherence to project designs and standards, conduct inspections, and address any mechanical or piping issues that arise.
- Civil Supervisor: Oversee civil and structural construction activities, including earthworks, foundations, and building structures. Ensure all civil works meet project specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols, while coordinating with other disciplines for smooth integration.
