We are seeking an experienced Construction Safety Advisor to oversee and ensure the highest standards of Health & Safety management across multiple Data Center projects in Sweden. This role involves working closely with the Project Manager and Safety Managers to monitor and enhance safety procedures, identify and manage high-risk activities, and ensure compliance with statutory Health & Safety requirements.
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with national Health & Safety regulations across all projects.
- Implement and enhance safety management procedures and best practices.
- Provide independent oversight of safety procedures, driving continuous improvement.
- Identify and manage high-risk activities, coordinating with contractors and design teams.
- Conduct audits, monitor KPIs, and assess safety planning effectiveness.
- Engage in daily safety management activities, including meetings, briefings, and training.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in a senior Health & Safety role, with a strong background in construction safety management.
- Degree or certification in Health & Safety.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills, with extensive experience in contractor and design team liaison.
