I am looking for a Construction Manager with knowledge of Danish and international legislation to join a large pharmaceutical manufacturing project based in Denmark.
Responsibilities
📅 Schedule Management: Monitor schedules from contractors and collaborate with Project Services.
💰 Financial Oversight: Track and manage project finances.
📊 Earned Value Management: Perform earned value calculations to ensure progress aligns with financial goals.
🤝 Interdisciplinary Meetings: Participate in various meetings, including:
Managing contractor meetings
Internal project meetings
Project clarification meetings
Construction meetings
Internal EHS meetings
🛠️ Coordination & Leadership: Lead and coordinate Construction Management Review (CMR) cases.
Requirements
Qualifications:
🛠️ Experience: Proven experience as a Construction Manager with a background in industry/production facilities, including GMP rooms.
🏗️ Project Expertise: 2+ years managing large, complex construction sites/projects.
📚 Knowledge: Familiarity with Danish and international construction legislation.
🗣️ Language Skills: Fluent in English.
