ANALYTICAL CHEMIST – CRAMLINGTON AREA – Competitive Salary
An exciting biopharmaceutical manufacturing organisation are currently recruiting for an Analytical Chemist to join their facility based in the Cramlington area on a permanent basis.
The core function of the role will be to perform analysis, investigate analytical deviations and out of specification results, organise the calibration and maintenance of analytical laboratory equipment and perform routing auditing of laboratory areas. In addition you will be performing technical transfers between internal and external customers, support method validation and cGMP stability programs and characterise reference materials for use in cGMP analysis.
To be considered for the role candidates will need to be Degree educated in Chemistry or another relevant scientific discipline, and have previous laboratory experience, ideally within a GMP environment. Experience of HPLC and GC techniques is essential and previous experience with Chromatography Data Systems is essential, ideally Chromeleon.
